Charming Atmosphere with Exceptional Service
Our family enjoyed a delightful 5-night stay, where the staff truly went above and beyond. The breakfast at Ash was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Pro tip, be sure to check out the bar for a fun vibe, and don't miss their unique full brunch offerings.

The stay was decent overall, but I was disappointed by the lack of daily housekeeping unless requested. I appreciated the spacious Custom Deluxe King Room and the comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the limited Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating and impacted my ability to work. The atmosphere was nice, and the food at the bar was good, with friendly bartenders that made the experience better.

Spacious rooms with unique layouts.
The initial room assigned to us was given to another couple, which forced us into a smaller room that lacked the character we were expecting. The manager's condescending attitude during the resolution added to our frustration, leaving us with an insincere apology and no compensatory offer.

would definitely book again
The room was a Custom Deluxe King Room with comfy beds, a mini bar, and a rainfall shower. The fitness center had solid equipment and the atmosphere was inviting. Front desk staff greeted us with complimentary cocktails, which was a nice touch. Definitely liked the attention to detail throughout our stay.

Couple seeking a unique experience
The vibe here is just very nice, I mean you step in and it hits you, it’s like the walls talk with the stories they tell. And the staff? They treat you like family, no joke. We had a corner alcove room that was huge, a wooden table, and a shower that felt like an escape from reality. And then there’s the bar. Played some pool while sipping on a solid drink. It brought back memories of when I used to teach class and things were. Different.
It's not exactly budget-friendly wise, but worth every cent for what you get.

I stayed here with my family and appreciated the easy check-in process. The room had plenty of space for us, and the larger shower was a nice touch. The location was convenient, and the vibe was appealing, which made me feel at home. I have a fondness for cozy and stylish places, typical of many European hotels.
Housekeeping needed attention as the bathroom door had marks, which was off-putting. Also, the internet connection was unreliable and caused some frustration during my stay.

great walks to museums and parks from this central hotel
During my stay, I loved the easy stroll to the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum. The nearby Milwaukee Public Museum offered a fantastic afternoon of exploration, both practically just a few blocks away from my room.

Check-in went smoothly, and I appreciated the spacious room with a unique layout. Loved the cozy feel and character of the decor, especially the inviting outdoor spaces. The bathroom could use some privacy. the glass wall lacks shades. Had a couple of moments with housekeeping where I felt my requests were overlooked. The location is perfect for nearby attractions, but the on-site restaurant wasn’t open for dinner during my stay, forcing us to venture out for food. Overall, a satisfying stay, but a few service improvements would elevate the experience significantly.

Disappointing start but decent recovery
Checked in and found our room was like a cave with no lights. Took forever to fix, which messed up our plans. Had lunch at the bar while waiting, and it was okay. The staff was nice, but I was frustrated with the mix-up on our bill. Overall, not the best stay.
